Order Processing

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and many orders are shipped the same day when placed before our daily cut-off time.

During product launches, promotions, or peak sales periods, order processing times may be slightly extended.

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather events
  • Peak sales periods
  • Public holidays

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number and shipping details.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Once your order has been dispatched, all delivery updates will be available through the tracking link provided.

Our support team does not have additional visibility beyond what is shown in the courier tracking system.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

THIC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier once the parcel has left our facility.


Delivered Orders

If tracking information shows that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, THIC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If you believe your order has been delivered incorrectly, please contact the courier directly to lodge an investigation.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbours, and your local post office before contacting us.

If you believe your area is at risk of parcel theft, we recommend selecting a secure delivery address, such as a workplace.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

THIC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.


Failed Delivery & Uncollected Parcels

If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is redirected to a post office or collection point, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by the courier.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to THIC, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

If a refund is requested instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.


Returned to Sender Parcels

Orders returned to THIC due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Failure to collect from the post office

may be reshipped once the customer pays the required re-shipping fee.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

THIC is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international orders.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders may also be subject to customs processing delays outside of our control.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Processing times for wholesale orders may vary depending on order size.
